Company's and Business
It is NOT OK for company's and business to contact us to solicit their products or services. That is called SPAM, and SPAM is never acceptable. We will never buy or promote any products or services that are solicited, no mater how great you think they are. So it's simply a waste of your time to send us your SPAM. We know how to find products and services we want and need, so we don't need or want to be contacted with what you have to offer. In short, don't contact us, we'll contact you. This is a formal written request to company's and business asking you NOT to send us offers or information about your products and/or services.

Sending us unsolicited e-mails to tell us about the products or services you have to offer (SPAM), is not only illegal, but is also very disrespectful. When you disrespect others, you get disrespect back. There are strict guidelines and laws for company's and business using e-mail for the propose if promoting their products and services. The CAN-SPAM Act

When you send SPAM you not only prove that you don't care about the law's, but you also show that you don't have any respect for others. That shows you have bad ethics, both in business ethics as well as personal ethics. We will never buy products, use services, or promote product's or services from company's that show bad ethics. Bad ethics result in bad customer service. That would be a disservice to us as well as our visitors.

SPAM is defined as a "Unwanted Commercial Electronic Mail." "Despite its name, the CAN-SPAM Act: (A Compliance Guide for Business) doesn't apply just to bulk email. It covers all commercial messages, which the law defines as “any electronic mail message the primary purpose of which is the commercial advertisement or promotion of a commercial product or service,” including email that promotes content on commercial web sites. The law makes no exception for business-to-business email. That means all email – for example, a message to former customers announcing a new product line – must comply with the law."

Sending us unsolicited e-mails to tell us about the products or services you have to offer (SPAM), despite our written request NOT to is illegal, as well as very disrespectful. When you disrespect others, expect to get disrespect back. As the saying goes "do on to others as you would have others do onto you." In other words, when you disrespect others, your saying it's fine to disrespect you.

Giving your consent For commercial email requires:
  • Your consent may be oral or written.
  • Senders must tell you the name of the entity that will be sending the messages and, if different, the name of the entity advertising products or services.
  • All commercial email messages sent to you after you've given your authorization must allow you to "opt out" of receiving future messages. You must be allowed to opt out the same way you opted in, including by dialing a short code. Senders have 10 days to honor requests to opt out.
We havent given any such consent. In fact, as already stated This is a formal written request to company's and business asking you NOT to send us offers or information about your products and/or services.

For company's and businesses
that want to submit product for evaluation

If you want to send us a product (free of charge) to test and evaluate so we can write up a review on it, then go ahead and contact us to let us know what you want us to evaluate. Make sure to be clear that your intent is to send us products you want us to test, and your not trying to get us to sell or promote the products.

But for the benefit of our visitors, keep in mind that any reviews will be written objectively, and will include both good and bad aspects regardless of how good or bad the product works. Also the reviews will only be written after we have had ample time test the product fully, that way we can give full objective results.
